Many thanks for your prompt and extremely efficient service. Not only did the bed arrive on time (which was pretty impressive in itself considering our rather late order), but also all components were there and we had made the bed up in time for my son and his wife to use that very night having just arrived from a break in Bruges.
They have pronounced the bed "Superb" and we are very pleased with the quality of the bed and also your excellent service. Many thanks and we shall certainly recommend you to our friends and relations etc.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Now that's what I call customer service.
Tonight I will sleep in my white, not ivory, not black, but white metal frame bed. It is as advertised and looks beautiful. I will be sure to recommend your company to all my friends, relatives and colleagues. Very impressed. You could certainly teach a few of the larger companies a thing or two.

After waiting 2 months to have a bed delivered from an other company.
I found bedswarehouse.co.uk who were great, i ordered from their ready to go range, and it was, bed was here in a few days, superb! and a lovely bed it is too! i'd definately shop here again.
